My Parcel Was Returned To The Shipper, What Should I Do?

If you find by checking your online tracking that your parcel could not be delivered and that it is returned to the sender, it is because the factor could not identify your address and / or your mailbox .

In this case, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible to provide us with correct and complete contact details.

When we receive a parcel in return, we will contact you by e-mail to verify your details, so we invite you to check your messages regularly until you have received your parcel.

TO KNOW: without return of your part within 7 days of the "return to the sender", we will proceed to the re-storage of your order (without refund).

You may be charged a fee if the order is processed.

In the event of cancellation of the order, it is the conditions of withdrawal that apply.

If the parcel is returned for a reason that is attributable to you (unclaimed parcel, erroneous / incomplete address ...), you will have to pay new delivery costs before any re-dispatch of the parcel.
